What your Aptos dedicated node is built from.
Every chain fact below is taken from Aptos's official documentation (aptos.dev), last reviewed against it on 22 Aug 2026, not from what is convenient to sell. Where the documentation is silent, the row says so.
| Node software | aptos-core |
| Interfaces | REST API (fullnode), gRPC Transaction Stream (indexer), GraphQL (indexer) |
| Full node | Yes, from $199/mo (standard band) |
| Archive node | Confirmed at quote time |
| Validator | Public validator role; quoted per setup |
| Gas token | APT |
| Official hardware guidance | Validator and validator fullnode (VFN) requirements on mainnet, each on a separate machine: 48 threads (5th Gen AMD EPYC Turin or 6th Gen Intel Xeon Granite Rapids), 128 GB RAM, 3.0 TB enterprise NVMe SSD with at least 60K IOPS and 600 MiB/s bandwidth, 1 Gbps network; for a production public fullnode the docs recommend 'the same requirements as a validator or VFN'. source ↗ |
| Argusnodes build | Meets the official guidance above with headroom on top, never at the minimum. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe. |
| Locations | 18 Tier-3 cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific |
| SLA | 99.99% uptime, written, with credits |
What changed on Aptos recently (reviewed 22 Aug 2026)
- Archival nodes are officially deprecated: 'Running archival nodes is expensive and slow... archival nodes have officially been deprecated.' Full history is still possible by syncing from genesis with the ledger pruner disabled, but Aptos recommends an Indexer instead, and gives no storage recommendation because the database grows unbounded. source ↗
- Node releases are frequent (v1.48.6 on 2026-08-12, v1.48.7-hotfix on 2026-08-19); operators are expected to track mainnet releases closely. source ↗

Order: Full node · indexing tuning · history scope confirmed in your quote
Heavy reads on Aptos without credit budgets; how far back you can query is confirmed in the quote.
BUILT FOR INDEXERS →dApps and wallets
Order: Full node · your domain · IP allowlist · city near your users
Serve your users from your own Aptos endpoint with unlimited connections and a 99.99% SLA in writing.
WHY DEDICATED →Exchanges and payments
Order: Full node · IP allowlist · transaction-heavy tuning · per-node monitoring
Deposit and withdrawal scanning on Aptos from an endpoint only your systems can reach.
BUILT FOR EXCHANGES →Staking and validator ops
Order: Validator setup, quoted · same 24/7 watch as RPC nodes

The Aptos RPC node endpoint provider that hands you the keys.
Your Aptos endpoint lives on your own domain, locked to the IPs you allowlist, served from the city you choose across 18 Tier-3 datacentre locations. The node exposes REST API (fullnode), gRPC Transaction Stream (indexer), GraphQL (indexer) as documented by Aptos. Live p50 and p99 latency for your node streams to your dashboard, and the 99.99% SLA applies in writing. New to dedicated nodes? The dedicated RPC node guide covers the model end to end.
What you get on day one
- An HTTPS endpoint, plus gRPC for your Aptos node, on your own domain if you want one
- Access locked to the IP addresses you allowlist
- A login to the Argusnodes dashboard: live p50 and p99 for your node, your orders and payments
- Engineers on ticket, chat, Telegram or Slack, 24/7
Chain facts on this page are sourced from Aptos's official documentation, and you can check them yourself:
Aptos dedicated node: the questions buyers ask.
What is a private Aptos RPC endpoint?
An RPC endpoint that only your applications use. It sits on a dedicated Aptos node that is yours alone, on your own domain if you want one, and answers only the IP addresses you allowlist. No other customer's traffic shares the machine, so nobody else's burst becomes your latency, and there is no rate limit to hit.
How long until my Aptos node is live?
As soon as it has synced with the Aptos network, and we tell you the moment it is ready. Sync time depends on the node type, so your quote carries an estimate for your exact setup rather than a number that is sometimes wrong. The quote itself lands within the hour, around the clock.
What is included in the from $199/mo for my Aptos node?
Everything the node can do, with the premium add-ons other providers bill separately included free: unlimited RPS, every RPC method including heavy queries, unlimited gRPC and RPC connections, your own domain with an IP allowlist, 18 cities to choose from, a 99.99% SLA with credits, 24/7 engineer support and live p50/p99 in your dashboard. There is no add-on price list because nothing is an add-on.
What hardware will my Aptos node run on?
A machine that meets Aptos's official hardware guidance (quoted in the spec sheet on this page) with headroom on top. We never build at the minimum, because a node sized to the minimum becomes the bottleneck the day the chain grows. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe before you pay.
Can I test a Aptos node before I order?
We do not run free trials. Ask us for a latency report for Aptos from the city you want and you see the numbers before you order. Billing is monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel at the end of any month.
Does Argusnodes run Aptos archive nodes?
Archive support on Aptos is confirmed against its documentation as part of your quote. Every method the client exposes is on by default at no extra charge.
Can I run a Aptos validator with Argusnodes?
Yes. Aptos has a public validator role, and we operate validators under the same monitoring and support as RPC nodes, quoted per setup. Pick "Validator" in the configurator and describe the stake setup.
Can I migrate my Aptos endpoint from QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack or another provider?
Yes. A dedicated Aptos node speaks the same REST API (fullnode) and gRPC Transaction Stream (indexer) and GraphQL (indexer) interfaces as the shared endpoint you use today, so migration is pointing your application at your own endpoint. Billing is monthly with no lock-in on our side, and support engineers are on the channels 24/7 during cutover.
Which city should I pick for my Aptos node?
Any of 18 Tier-3 datacentre cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific. Deploy near your users for an app, or ask us where Aptos latency is lowest for a bot; we answer from measurement. Need a city we do not list? Ask.
Are there rate limits or connection caps on a dedicated Aptos node?
No artificial ones: unlimited RPS and no connection cap. The machine is yours alone, so the hardware is the only ceiling: if it can serve the request, you can send it. There is no per-plan connection cap because there is no plan tier.
How do I pay for my Aptos node, and can I cancel?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or crypto, billed monthly; crypto payments need no KYC. Cancel at the end of any monthly term; the node is provisioned for you alone, so there is no meter to escape and no exit fee.
How does Argusnodes compare to QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack and other Aptos RPC providers?
Argusnodes is dedicated-only: a private Aptos endpoint on a bare-metal node with no rate limits, at one fixed price from $199/mo with every add-on included. Per their own pricing pages: QuickNode sells dedicated clusters through enterprise sales without published prices, Chainstack bills dedicated nodes per hour on top of a paid plan, and Zeeve applies monthly request allowances on dedicated plans below its Enterprise tier (all checked August 2026); GetBlock lists dedicated nodes from $1,000/mo, with IP allowlisting and a custom endpoint URL sold as $199/mo add-ons each (checked September 2026). The comparison table on this page links every source.
