| Official hardware guidance | The IoTeX archive node manual lists Debian 12/Ubuntu 22.04, 8+ cores, 32GB+ RAM and 1TB+ SSD or NVMe; the delegate documentation recommends 8 cores at 2.4 GHz, 64 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD or NVMe and 1 Gbit network for a delegate node, and the full-node bootstrap snapshot is about 190 GB. source ↗ |
| Argusnodes build | Meets the official guidance above with headroom on top, never at the minimum. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe. |
| Locations | 18 Tier-3 cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific |
| SLA | 99.99% uptime, written, with credits |
What changed on IoTeX recently (reviewed 22 Aug 2026)
- iotex-core v2.4.0 was a mandatory release activating the Yap hardfork at block 48,985,561 (about 7 Jun 2026) with the Pectra EVM upgrade (EIP-7702, EIP-7623, EIP-2935, EIP-2537) and a candidate exit queue; v2.4.1 (14 May 2026) is a mandatory follow-up that fixes an archive-node panic after Yap. source ↗
- v2.4.3 (7 Jul 2026) and v2.4.4 (14 Jul 2026) are recommended releases; API/gateway/archive nodes should apply the transaction-log patch that corrects forged IN_CONTRACT_TRANSFER logs. source ↗
- The optimized archive node build is not data-compatible with earlier archive builds; operators must restore from the provided snapshot or resync from genesis. source ↗
- Docs describe the native IoTeX RPC endpoint on port 14014 as deprecated in favour of the Ethereum JSON-RPC gateway on 15014. source ↗

The IoTeX RPC node endpoint provider that hands you the keys.
Your IoTeX endpoint lives on your own domain, locked to the IPs you allowlist, served from the city you choose across 18 Tier-3 datacentre locations. The node exposes JSON-RPC, WebSocket, gRPC as documented by IoTeX. Live p50 and p99 latency for your node streams to your dashboard, and the 99.99% SLA applies in writing. New to dedicated nodes? The dedicated RPC node guide covers the model end to end.
What you get on day one
- An HTTPS endpoint and a WebSocket (WSS) endpoint, plus gRPC for your IoTeX node, on your own domain if you want one
- Access locked to the IP addresses you allowlist
- A login to the Argusnodes dashboard: live p50 and p99 for your node, your orders and payments
- Engineers on ticket, chat, Telegram or Slack, 24/7
Your first request, once the node is live (rpc.yourdomain.com stands in for your endpoint):
curl https://rpc.yourdomain.com \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"eth_blockNumber","params":[]}'Chain facts on this page are sourced from IoTeX's official documentation, and you can check them yourself:
IoTeX dedicated node: the questions buyers ask.
What is a private IoTeX RPC endpoint?
An RPC endpoint that only your applications use. It sits on a dedicated IoTeX node that is yours alone, on your own domain if you want one, and answers only the IP addresses you allowlist. No other customer's traffic shares the machine, so nobody else's burst becomes your latency, and there is no rate limit to hit.
How long until my IoTeX node is live?
As soon as it has synced with the IoTeX network, and we tell you the moment it is ready. Sync time depends on the node type (an archive node replays the full history, so it takes longest), so your quote carries an estimate for your exact setup rather than a number that is sometimes wrong. The quote itself lands within the hour, around the clock.
What is included in the from $199/mo for my IoTeX node?
Everything the node can do, with the premium add-ons other providers bill separately included free: unlimited RPS, every RPC method including debug and trace, unlimited WebSocket connections, your own domain with an IP allowlist, 18 cities to choose from, a 99.99% SLA with credits, 24/7 engineer support and live p50/p99 in your dashboard. There is no add-on price list because nothing is an add-on.
What hardware will my IoTeX node run on?
A machine that meets IoTeX's official hardware guidance (quoted in the spec sheet on this page) with headroom on top. We never build at the minimum, because a node sized to the minimum becomes the bottleneck the day the chain grows. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe before you pay.
Can I test a IoTeX node before I order?
We do not run free trials. Ask us for a latency report for IoTeX from the city you want and you see the numbers before you order. Billing is monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel at the end of any month.
Does Argusnodes run IoTeX archive nodes and trace methods?
Yes. IoTeX's documentation describes full-history operation; we run IoTeX archive nodes from $799/mo with trace and historical queries unmetered. Debug and trace methods are on for full nodes too, within their state window.
Can I run a IoTeX validator with Argusnodes?
Yes. IoTeX has a public validator role (Anyone can register as a Delegate with a 1,200,000 IOTX self-stake (or via Delegate Endorsement); block producers are elected by stake), and we operate validators under the same monitoring and support as RPC nodes, quoted per setup. Pick "Validator" in the configurator and describe the stake setup.
Can I migrate my IoTeX endpoint from QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack or another provider?
Yes. A dedicated IoTeX node speaks the same JSON-RPC and WebSocket and gRPC interfaces as the shared endpoint you use today, so migration is pointing your application at your own endpoint. Billing is monthly with no lock-in on our side, and support engineers are on the channels 24/7 during cutover.
Which city should I pick for my IoTeX node?
Any of 18 Tier-3 datacentre cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific. Deploy near your users for an app, or ask us where IoTeX latency is lowest for a bot; we answer from measurement. Need a city we do not list? Ask.
Are there rate limits or connection caps on a dedicated IoTeX node?
No artificial ones: unlimited RPS and no connection cap. The machine is yours alone, so the hardware is the only ceiling: if it can serve the request, you can send it. There is no per-plan connection cap because there is no plan tier.
How do I pay for my IoTeX node, and can I cancel?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or crypto, billed monthly; crypto payments need no KYC. Cancel at the end of any monthly term; the node is provisioned for you alone, so there is no meter to escape and no exit fee.
How does Argusnodes compare to QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack and other IoTeX RPC providers?
Argusnodes is dedicated-only: a private IoTeX endpoint on a bare-metal node with no rate limits, at one fixed price from $199/mo with every add-on included. Per their own pricing pages: QuickNode sells dedicated clusters through enterprise sales without published prices, Chainstack bills dedicated nodes per hour on top of a paid plan, and Zeeve applies monthly request allowances on dedicated plans below its Enterprise tier (all checked August 2026); GetBlock lists dedicated nodes from $1,000/mo, with IP allowlisting and a custom endpoint URL sold as $199/mo add-ons each (checked September 2026). The comparison table on this page links every source.
What is the IoTeX chain ID?
4689 (hex 0x1251), per IoTeX's official documentation. A dedicated IoTeX node answers eth_chainId with it, so wallets and libraries configured for IoTeX work against your endpoint unchanged.
Also deployed from the same sheet.

Already own servers? We set up your IoTeX RPC node on them.
Colo racks, spare machines, hardware your compliance rules say you must own: we install, sync, tune and monitor the IoTeX node on your servers. You keep the hardware and the custody. You get the same private endpoint, the same no-limits configuration, the same dashboard and the same 24/7 engineers, for one flat monthly management fee, quoted within the hour and payable in crypto. We never charge for metal.
