What your Morph dedicated node is built from.
Every chain fact below is taken from Morph's official documentation (docs.morph.network), last reviewed against it on 22 Aug 2026, not from what is convenient to sell. Where the documentation is silent, the row says so.
| Node software | Morph geth, morph-node |
| Interfaces | JSON-RPC, WebSocket |
| Full node | Yes, from $199/mo (standard band) |
| Archive node | Yes, from $799/mo |
| Validator | Block production is by Morph's sequencer set (staking-elected, and since the 28 Jul 2026 upgrade a single sequencer with hot-standby replicas); RVP challengers are a whitelisted address list, so there is no permissionless public validator role. Anyone can run a 'validator node' that only re-derives and verifies sequencer submissions. |
| Chain ID | 2818 |
| Gas token | ETH |
| Official hardware guidance | Official full-node guide lists a minimum of 4+ CPU cores, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD and 25+ Mbit/s download for a Morph full node (archive mode is the default in the provided scripts). source ↗ |
| Argusnodes build | Meets the official guidance above with headroom on top, never at the minimum. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe. |
| Locations | 18 Tier-3 cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific |
| SLA | 99.99% uptime, written, with credits |
What changed on Morph recently (reviewed 22 Aug 2026)
- Morph node state storage moved from zkTrie to MPT; new nodes default to MPT and zkTrie data directories cannot be reused for MPT nodes, so migrations require a fresh MPT snapshot. source ↗
- Morph's public testnet is now Morph Hoodi (chain ID 2910), replacing the earlier Holesky-based testnet. source ↗
- On 21 Jul 2026 Morph announced Morph Tachyon, a separate trading-focused Layer 1 that runs alongside (not replacing) the Morph L2 (chain ID 2818); Morph Payments launched 11 Aug 2026. source ↗
- Note for pricing review: the official full-node minimum (32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, archive by default) is heavier than a typical entry-level L2 node spec. source ↗
Choosing the Morph client for the workload.
Morph's documentation covers 2 node clients. You name the client, or describe the workload and we recommend one; either way it is built, synced and tuned for you.
Execution client (Scroll-derived go-ethereum fork) that serves the HTTP JSON-RPC/WebSocket API; new deployments use MPT state, with legacy zkTrie state still supported via a migration path.
Consensus/derivation node (embedded CometBFT, status RPC on 26657) that drives geth via the Engine API and verifies L1 batches; it requires both an L1 execution RPC and an L1 beacon RPC.
What to order for your Morph workload.
Each card is a configuration you can pick above, with the reason it fits.

The Morph RPC node endpoint provider that hands you the keys.
Your Morph endpoint lives on your own domain, locked to the IPs you allowlist, served from the city you choose across 18 Tier-3 datacentre locations. The node exposes JSON-RPC, WebSocket as documented by Morph. Live p50 and p99 latency for your node streams to your dashboard, and the 99.99% SLA applies in writing. New to dedicated nodes? The dedicated RPC node guide covers the model end to end.
What you get on day one
- An HTTPS endpoint and a WebSocket (WSS) endpoint for your Morph node, on your own domain if you want one
- Access locked to the IP addresses you allowlist
- A login to the Argusnodes dashboard: live p50 and p99 for your node, your orders and payments
- Engineers on ticket, chat, Telegram or Slack, 24/7
Your first request, once the node is live (rpc.yourdomain.com stands in for your endpoint):
curl https://rpc.yourdomain.com \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"eth_blockNumber","params":[]}'Chain facts on this page are sourced from Morph's official documentation, and you can check them yourself:
Morph dedicated node: the questions buyers ask.
What is a private Morph RPC endpoint?
An RPC endpoint that only your applications use. It sits on a dedicated Morph node that is yours alone, on your own domain if you want one, and answers only the IP addresses you allowlist. No other customer's traffic shares the machine, so nobody else's burst becomes your latency, and there is no rate limit to hit.
How long until my Morph node is live?
As soon as it has synced with the Morph network, and we tell you the moment it is ready. Sync time depends on the node type (an archive node replays the full history, so it takes longest) and the client you pick (Morph geth, morph-node), so your quote carries an estimate for your exact setup rather than a number that is sometimes wrong. The quote itself lands within the hour, around the clock.
What is included in the from $199/mo for my Morph node?
Everything the node can do, with the premium add-ons other providers bill separately included free: unlimited RPS, every RPC method including debug and trace, unlimited WebSocket connections, your own domain with an IP allowlist, 18 cities to choose from, a 99.99% SLA with credits, 24/7 engineer support and live p50/p99 in your dashboard. There is no add-on price list because nothing is an add-on.
What hardware will my Morph node run on?
A machine that meets Morph's official hardware guidance (quoted in the spec sheet on this page) with headroom on top. We never build at the minimum, because a node sized to the minimum becomes the bottleneck the day the chain grows. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe before you pay.
Can I test a Morph node before I order?
We do not run free trials. Ask us for a latency report for Morph from the city you want and you see the numbers before you order. Billing is monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel at the end of any month.
Which Morph client should I choose?
Morph geth: Execution client (Scroll-derived go-ethereum fork) that serves the HTTP JSON-RPC/WebSocket API; new deployments use MPT state, with legacy zkTrie state still supported via a migration path. morph-node: Consensus/derivation node (embedded CometBFT, status RPC on 26657) that drives geth via the Engine API and verifies L1 batches; it requires both an L1 execution RPC and an L1 beacon RPC.
Does Argusnodes run Morph archive nodes and trace methods?
Yes. Morph's documentation describes full-history operation; we run Morph archive nodes from $799/mo with trace and historical queries unmetered. Debug and trace methods are on for full nodes too, within their state window.
Can I run a Morph validator with Argusnodes?
Block production is by Morph's sequencer set (staking-elected, and since the 28 Jul 2026 upgrade a single sequencer with hot-standby replicas); RVP challengers are a whitelisted address list, so there is no permissionless public validator role. Anyone can run a 'validator node' that only re-derives and verifies sequencer submissions. We run every node type the chain actually offers and none it does not.
Can I migrate my Morph endpoint from QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack or another provider?
Yes. A dedicated Morph node speaks the same JSON-RPC and WebSocket interfaces as the shared endpoint you use today, so migration is pointing your application at your own endpoint. Billing is monthly with no lock-in on our side, and support engineers are on the channels 24/7 during cutover.
Which city should I pick for my Morph node?
Any of 18 Tier-3 datacentre cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific. Deploy near your users for an app, or ask us where Morph latency is lowest for a bot; we answer from measurement. Need a city we do not list? Ask.
Are there rate limits or connection caps on a dedicated Morph node?
No artificial ones: unlimited RPS and no connection cap. The machine is yours alone, so the hardware is the only ceiling: if it can serve the request, you can send it. There is no per-plan connection cap because there is no plan tier.
How do I pay for my Morph node, and can I cancel?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or crypto, billed monthly; crypto payments need no KYC. Cancel at the end of any monthly term; the node is provisioned for you alone, so there is no meter to escape and no exit fee.
How does Argusnodes compare to QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack and other Morph RPC providers?
Argusnodes is dedicated-only: a private Morph endpoint on a bare-metal node with no rate limits, at one fixed price from $199/mo with every add-on included. Per their own pricing pages: QuickNode sells dedicated clusters through enterprise sales without published prices, Chainstack bills dedicated nodes per hour on top of a paid plan, and Zeeve applies monthly request allowances on dedicated plans below its Enterprise tier (all checked August 2026); GetBlock lists dedicated nodes from $1,000/mo, with IP allowlisting and a custom endpoint URL sold as $199/mo add-ons each (checked September 2026). The comparison table on this page links every source.
What is the Morph chain ID?
2818 (hex 0xb02), per Morph's official documentation. A dedicated Morph node answers eth_chainId with it, so wallets and libraries configured for Morph work against your endpoint unchanged.

Already own servers? We set up your Morph RPC node on them.
Colo racks, spare machines, hardware your compliance rules say you must own: we install, sync, tune and monitor the Morph node on your servers. You keep the hardware and the custody. You get the same private endpoint, the same no-limits configuration, the same dashboard and the same 24/7 engineers, for one flat monthly management fee, quoted within the hour and payable in crypto. We never charge for metal.
Check your machine against Morph's official hardware guidance in the spec sheet above. We confirm the fit before anything is billed.
