What your Starcoin dedicated node is built from.
Every chain fact below is taken from Starcoin's official documentation (starcoinorg.github.io), last reviewed against it on 22 Aug 2026, not from what is convenient to sell. Where the documentation is silent, the row says so.

What changed on Starcoin recently (reviewed 22 Aug 2026)
- Starcoin v1.13.21 (released 2026-08-20) is an emergency mandatory hard fork for Main: every node must upgrade before block 32,165,300 (projected about 2026-08-21 23:46 UTC+8); from that height every block must carry an Ed25519 block permit signed by a compiled-in authorization key, and v1.13.20 or older nodes fall onto a legacy fork. source ↗
- Starcoin 2.0 (FlexiDag and TurboSTM) runs on the separate Vega network launched 2024-06-21, with v2.0.x releases through v2.0.14 (2025-04-11) and 'dual-verse-dag' test releases in 2025; the v1.13.x line remains the Main network client. source ↗
- The English node documentation on v3.starcoin.org is still empty ('under improvement'); the Starcoin Cookbook (last pushed 2025-09-25) is the working reference and the official README links to it. source ↗

The Starcoin RPC node endpoint provider that hands you the keys.
Your Starcoin endpoint lives on your own domain, locked to the IPs you allowlist, served from the city you choose across 18 Tier-3 datacentre locations. The node exposes JSON-RPC (HTTP, port 9850), JSON-RPC (WebSocket, port 9870), JSON-RPC (TCP, port 9860), IPC as documented by Starcoin. Live p50 and p99 latency for your node streams to your dashboard, and the 99.99% SLA applies in writing. New to dedicated nodes? The dedicated RPC node guide covers the model end to end.
What you get on day one
- An HTTPS endpoint and a WebSocket (WSS) endpoint for your Starcoin node, on your own domain if you want one
- Access locked to the IP addresses you allowlist
- A login to the Argusnodes dashboard: live p50 and p99 for your node, your orders and payments
- Engineers on ticket, chat, Telegram or Slack, 24/7
Chain facts on this page are sourced from Starcoin's official documentation, and you can check them yourself:
Starcoin dedicated node: the questions buyers ask.
What is a private Starcoin RPC endpoint?
An RPC endpoint that only your applications use. It sits on a dedicated Starcoin node that is yours alone, on your own domain if you want one, and answers only the IP addresses you allowlist. No other customer's traffic shares the machine, so nobody else's burst becomes your latency, and there is no rate limit to hit.
How long until my Starcoin node is live?
As soon as it has synced with the Starcoin network, and we tell you the moment it is ready. Sync time depends on the node type, so your quote carries an estimate for your exact setup rather than a number that is sometimes wrong. The quote itself lands within the hour, around the clock.
What is included in the from $99/mo for my Starcoin node?
Everything the node can do, with the premium add-ons other providers bill separately included free: unlimited RPS, every RPC method including heavy queries, unlimited WebSocket connections, your own domain with an IP allowlist, 18 cities to choose from, a 99.99% SLA with credits, 24/7 engineer support and live p50/p99 in your dashboard. There is no add-on price list because nothing is an add-on.
What hardware will my Starcoin node run on?
A machine that meets Starcoin's official requirements with headroom on top. We never build at the minimum, because a node sized to the minimum becomes the bottleneck the day the chain grows. Your quote names the exact CPU, RAM and NVMe before you pay.
Can I test a Starcoin node before I order?
We do not run free trials. Ask us for a latency report for Starcoin from the city you want and you see the numbers before you order. Billing is monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel at the end of any month.
Does Argusnodes run Starcoin archive nodes?
Archive support on Starcoin is confirmed against its documentation as part of your quote. Every method the client exposes is on by default at no extra charge.
Can I run a Starcoin validator with Argusnodes?
A proof-of-work chain; consensus participation is by mining. We run every node type the chain actually offers and none it does not.
Can I migrate my Starcoin endpoint from QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack or another provider?
Yes. A dedicated Starcoin node speaks the same JSON-RPC (HTTP, port 9850) and JSON-RPC (WebSocket, port 9870) and JSON-RPC (TCP, port 9860) and IPC interfaces as the shared endpoint you use today, so migration is pointing your application at your own endpoint. Billing is monthly with no lock-in on our side, and support engineers are on the channels 24/7 during cutover.
Which city should I pick for my Starcoin node?
Any of 18 Tier-3 datacentre cities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific. Deploy near your users for an app, or ask us where Starcoin latency is lowest for a bot; we answer from measurement. Need a city we do not list? Ask.
Are there rate limits or connection caps on a dedicated Starcoin node?
No artificial ones: unlimited RPS and no connection cap. The machine is yours alone, so the hardware is the only ceiling: if it can serve the request, you can send it. There is no per-plan connection cap because there is no plan tier.
How do I pay for my Starcoin node, and can I cancel?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or crypto, billed monthly; crypto payments need no KYC. Cancel at the end of any monthly term; the node is provisioned for you alone, so there is no meter to escape and no exit fee.
How does Argusnodes compare to QuickNode, GetBlock, Chainstack and other Starcoin RPC providers?
Argusnodes is dedicated-only: a private Starcoin endpoint on a bare-metal node with no rate limits, at one fixed price from $99/mo with every add-on included. Per their own pricing pages: QuickNode sells dedicated clusters through enterprise sales without published prices, Chainstack bills dedicated nodes per hour on top of a paid plan, and Zeeve applies monthly request allowances on dedicated plans below its Enterprise tier (all checked August 2026); GetBlock lists dedicated nodes from $1,000/mo, with IP allowlisting and a custom endpoint URL sold as $199/mo add-ons each (checked September 2026). The comparison table on this page links every source.
